American Rescue Dog also serves as a resource to our community by providing training and education to promote responsible pet ownership, the importance of spay/neuter, behavioral training and acceptance of all dog breeds. Our organization strives to educate, train and support dog owners, rescue groups, people who foster dogs, veterinarians and animal shelters on methods to improve their dog’s behavior. Increasing public awareness with this information we believe we can drastically reduce the number of dogs in need of rescue each year.

Furthermore, American Rescue Dog is committed to enhancing the quality of the human/animal relationship once adoption occurs.
